Logo Digitizing

What is Logo Digitizing?

Digitizing a logo for embroidery is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read in order to sew on a garment. Unlike screen printing or heat press, embroidery machines need different, more detailed directions for where the needle should stitch and what colors should be stitched where.

Why do I need my logo digitized?

If you want to embroider your team or company logo onto any type of fabric, it first must be converted into an embroidery file. This is only a one time conversion and then can be stitched as many times as needed.

How much does it cost to digitize my logo?

If you want your logo stitched onto a hat, left crest of a shirt, bag, or etc. you will most likely want the logo to be 4in. to 5in. in size. For a logo up to 5 in. there is a one time fee of $15.00.
If you want your logo stitched on the front center of a shirt, table cloth,  etc, you will most likely want the logo to be 7in to 9 in. in size. For a logo larger than 5 in. there is a one time fee of $30.00.

Select the Logo Size from the dropdown menu and upload your logo file.  Select ‘Add to cart’ to proceed to Checkout.

Digitizing your logo is required in order to embroider it onto any fabric. Although we do have digitizing services, we are not a digitizing company, therefore we require that you also purchase an item to be embroidered on. This does not mean that purchasing the digitized logo includes this item and must be purchased separately by adding THIS digitize and the apparel item into your shopping cart. Again, this is only a one time fee, and your logo can then be stitched as many times as requested.
